Papacinos Catering can also try and fill your order in case of an emergency situation.  Next day orders are extremely difficult to prepare but Papacinos Catering we will do everything possible to fill your order promptly.

A 30% deposit is required when you place a new order in most cases.

All packages must be paid in full 2 days prior to delivery date.
All payments must be made in Cash, Certified Check, Money Order.
Personal checks will not be accepted unless payment is made 2 weeks prior to party date.

It May vary from dish to dish but generally a ½ Tray will Feed 8-10 People and a Full Tray will Feed 15-18 People. When discussing your order we will make sure we make the correct recommendations to assure you that you’ll have enough food.

Equipment deposits are required for racks and coffee urns.
This deposit will be refunded in FULL when all equipment is returned in good & clean condition.

NO equipment deposit is necessary if you have Wait Staff personnel provided by us.

Just like a restaurant wait staff, a gratuity of any kind is greatly appreciated but not mandatory.
If you are satisfied with the service you’ve received a $10-$20 per server is the industry average on a whole.

ALL of our dishes are prepared fresh for each individual Occasion
We only use the freshest & finest ingredients.

Children ages 2-6 are usually counted on a Three to One ratio.
Children ages 6-14 are usually counted on a Two to One ratio.
