We can provide many delicious Finger Foods to make your party a hit! Have
one of our white gloved tuxedo attired servers pass them around to your
guests, set them up buffet style. You tell us how you want them. Our
Appetizers are always a great start to any dinner or great Center pieces
for cocktail parties.

Eggplant, tomatoes, onions and spices
it’s an Italian Salsa. Served over Crispy Bread
Tapanade
Pureed olives, olive oil and spices. Can be served with Vegetables, Bread
or Crackers
Baked Clams
Little Neck Clams, with our special Bread Crumb Mixture
Clams Casino
Little Neck Clams, Bacon, cheese and Jalapeno for a slight zip
International Cheese Station
We take the finest Cheeses and arrange them with Crackers, olives and of
course grapes. Your guests will be happy snacking
Teriyaki Beef or Chicken Tips
w/ Sesame Seeds
Our special Teriyaki Marinade, skewed tenderloin, or Chicken sprinkled
with sesame seeds
Shrimp Skewers
Shrimps skewed and then grilled, brushed with Olive Oil, Red Pepper and
Garlic
Mozzarella Sticks
Breaded Mozzarella and then deep fried. Served with a marinara sauce
Fried Calamari with Red Chili
Pepper Aioli
Everyone will rave about our Calamari, coated in flour and paprika, then
served with our own special Red Chili Pepper Aioli. We’ll serve with
Marinara of course, but we rather you try our sauce
Chicken Wings with Bleu Cheese
We marinate our chicken in a Teriyaki jalapeno sauce. We’ll make it as Hot
or Mild as you like.
