Being a large Sicilian family, we understand the role of food today. A mixture of family, friends, fun and food makes every party a success. At Papacino’s we want you to enjoy your party and leave the catering to us!


Born and raised on Long Island, Papacino’s Executive Chef, Chuck began his career helping at home at age 12. The only son of an Italian immigrant family, Chuck received the illustrious combination of sustained, quality at-home training even the finest culinary institutes cannot provide.
 

“Food from the Heart” is how Chef Chuck describes his dishes. Every single dish is something he enjoys and has been served to friends and family before undergoing the painstaking process of mastering it into a World Class meal. Not satisfied to expand his menu to include items he doesn’t enjoy, Chef Chuck prefers to go with what he knows people will not only love, but crave. 


Chef Chuck adds, “My Grandfather was born and raised in Trapani.  My father was born in Caltabellotta. Their recipes were handed down to me and that was just the beginning! Generations later has instilled in me an uncompromising love for food that I wish to share with you and your loved ones. You won’t be sorry.”
